ImageJ2x is an image editing application especially designed for processing medical pictures. It provides support for common image formats, such as TIFF, GIF, JPEG, BMP, PNG, but also DICOM and FITS photos.
ImageJ2x enables you to measure angles and distances, calculate area and pixel value statistics or generate histograms. It features a collection of standard image processing tools, such as sharpening, smoothing, contrast modifications or graphic effects.
